Hello parents, students, and fellow teachers.  My name is Leah Key and I am in my seventh year of teaching here at Farragut Intermediate School.  I come from a long line of teachers, my mother is a high school math instructor. My husband is a college history professor, so education is an important part of my life!  I also attended Farragut schools from kindergarten to twelfth grade and live in the community. 

I have always wanted to be a teacher, even from an early age.  I love to read, spend time with my family, and watch movies.  My favorite part of being a teacher is getting to know my students.  Each child is a unique individual who learns differently.  Once I know a child it becomes easier to identify their learning style so I can help them reach their full potential.  Thank you for sharing your kids with me!
